Counselling
Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to explore the difficulties you are experiencing in your life. Maybe things have got too much lately? Or you've been through a big change? Maybe you're not entirely sure what brings you here? That's OK.

We can explore any issues together. Through the counselling core conditions - empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard, you will feel truly seen and heard as we explore what's going on for you.

Having a supportive space where you can really share your difficulties can help you cope with your feelings surrounding the situation and gain clarity and perspective.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is based on the principle that our thinking (thoughts) influences how we feel and in turn impacts how we behave.

Through weekly sessions, we will work collaboratively to identify and challenge any thoughts and behaviours that aren't helpful which may be holding you back in life. In sessions, we will set goals to support you in getting where you want to be in life. CBT offers lots of effective tools and techniques. Each person learns differently and difference is respected. My approach is unique and tailored to you.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is widely used in private practice and the NHS. CBT is regarded as a highly effective form of treatment for lots of mental health conditions including depressions, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD.
